Rutin is a bioflavonoid that has much promise for being beneficial for allergies and other problems like poor circulation and bad memory. When you combine rutin and quercetin into a supplement, it seems to synergize the effects of both to make it very effective. There’s only one rutin supplement that I have found to have combined both of these natural ingredients.
It should be noted that you really shouldn’t take rutin supplements if you are pregnant or planning to be. That is because this stuff might be harmful to your baby. Side effects for this natural supplement seem to include nausea and digestive upset. However, the reactions seem to be mild and you can just lower the dose.
